Worship at Zion UCC
At Zion Arendtsville UCC we have a blended style of worship, where traditional meets contemporary. One any given Sunday we might have fire lit or energetic sound effects and music to connect our hearts with God.
Let the children come!
Our service includes all ages and we celebrate diversity of ages in the life of our church. At Zion UCC we are blessed to have our children actively involved in our worship service. They have opportunities to sing, come forward for Children’s time on a weekly basis, hand out bulletins, read scripture, plays, light the candles, and decorate the church sanctuary for worship. During worship we have blessed their backpacks for the upcoming school year. The church continues to find ways in which we can support our children and help them learn about God. We truly welcome children in the life of Zion and help them to be a part of our community. We encourage their participation.
We are enthusiastic singers! We are not shy about raising a joyful musical noise to God!
