Fellowship Hall is Looking Better Already

It is our goal to renovate fellowship hall in the next few months, at least the first phase.  We will be making some “cosmetic” changes like new flooring, paint, curtains, counters in the kitchen, etc.  Later we hope to tackle some structural changes like a lift to facilitate access to and from the upstairs, air conditioning, and new restroom.  We are closer to that reality after last night’s fund-raiser fellowship event.  Under Gina Bushey’s leadership, the silent auction and ticket sales for the dinner netted app. $2800.   Chris Parker handled the kitchen and meal preparation beautifully, and it was a great time for all.  Thanks to the Bushey crew for decorating the hall.  We had no idea it could look so good, and after the renovations, imagine how much better it will look!  We also appreciated the musical entertainment by Fred Martin, Kevin Cooley, Heather Bushey, and Diane Mickley;  with Sharon accompanying and directing. Thanks to all who participated, helped, gave money, and came out to support this project.
