On Easter Sunday 2011 we 208 worshipers in church to witness to the Risen Christ.   We also had a lovely Easter Sunrise service at Fairview Cemetery, with 62 attending that service.  May the blessing of the Easter season be with you all!

Sunday School is always busy, but never more so than prior to Easter. Thanks to all who help lead our little ones to a life of discipleship.

As we readied the chancel for Good Friday, we put in place the “Old Rugged Cross” that features in the dramatic readings of the Passion story from John.  Thanks to all who helped get the chancel ready, including in the pictures, Tony, Caroline and Bob.  The service is at 7:30 this evening.

On April 21 we had a lovely seder-style evening, in observance of Maundy Thursday. We had 30 participants in the service, which included the seder elements, a simple meal, communion and stripping of the chancel in preparation for Good Friday.  It was a fun and meaningful evening that helped us walk Holy Week as disciples.
