Participating in the Crop Walk is a wonderful way to get fit, experience the outdoors, chat with old & new friends while helping others. As is our custom, the Sunday before Thanksgiving we observe harvest home by collecting dry goods for the food pantry at South Central Community Action Program in Gettysburg. This year we are also taking quilts made by our quilt ministry.
On Sunday Nov 21, the confirmation class studied church history by making a time line and playing our own version of Jeopardy! Pastor Donna did a great in developing the game, and serving as moderator. The competiton was stiff. next week we finish the game and give the adults a chance to embarass themselves!
